Multiply those truck trips per well, times the 5,000 fracked wells each year in Eagle Ford area alone, you see a huge Texas demand for highly paid truck drivers.
These thousands of new employees each year require housing. Since this drilling rate is expected to last 20 years there will be a boom in conventional as well as temporary housing construction.
